Your primary responsibilities will involve performing activities to develop and implement an advanced Ground Segment, including: concept of operations formulation; requirements definition, analysis and engineering; system architecting; system analysis and design; development of interface and data architecture; validation and verification; systems integration; system and network operations performance analysis; lifecycle cost
analysis and estimation; decision analysis; and physical configuration analysis. You have an in-depth experience with Do D program acquisition processes and documentation.
You will interact and coordinate daily with numerous stakeholders (Program Managers, Contracting Officers, System Engineers, and external/partner organizations). and data consumers Support On Orbit Checkout and Verification of new Space Vehicles when they are launched Qualifications This Is You: Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience (4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of degree) 9 years of Technical program management experience 9 years of experience in Software Systems Engineering, Design, and Architecture Development Must have an in-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable) Must be willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination You will wow us even more if you have experience with the following: A Masters Degree with and technical pursuit and experience with: Major Weapons Systems Acquisitions Space Control mission area Professional Certifications such as INCOSE CSEP, PMI PMP, etc.
Target salary range: $150,001 - $175,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
