Works in close collaboration with the COR for contract changes. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of Order contract support activities to be managed. Oversees all technical operations and provides financial and contractual requirements of BPA Orders. Responsible for overseeing cost control, schedule, and deliverables of BPA Orders. Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of
experience, or Masters plus five years of experience in government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field. Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
Demonstrated experience, in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract. Demonstrated success in managing agile design and development efforts.
