Oversees all technical operations and provides financial and contractual requirements of BPA Orders. Responsible for overseeing cost control, schedule, and deliverables of BPA Orders. Required: Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of
experience, or Masters plus five years of experience in government Program and Information Technology Management or a related field. Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
Demonstrated experience, in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract. Demonstrated success in managing agile design and development efforts.
