or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning.

Responsibilities The RN develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance
with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
Required Skills: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required. Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire. Additional Qualifications/Skills: Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Maintains accuracy and productivity in accordance with WHA's Coding Standards. Understands the EPIC Cadence platform and Epic Resolute module, including patient registration and guarantor snapshot. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required. Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA required. CPC preferred. At least three years of experience in medical coding required and two years of experience with OBGYN/MFM coding preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and coding, including, ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS required. OB/GYN specific knowledge preferred.
Experience in Epic is preferred. Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented with strong aptitude for accuracy required. Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others required. Knowledge of local and major national medical insurance practices preferred. Knowledge of proper business writing standards for letters and memos including the ability to write correspondence with proper punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc. Proven effective verbal, listening and written communications skills.
