This position will support planning and execution of Integrated Test and Requirements Verification of Electronic Systems for Space Force’s Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM). Successful team member will provide technical analysis and test planning and execution

support to integrated test teams focused on fielding capabilities. The role includes being a member of an integrated test team, providing requirements analysis and evaluation criteria for electronic warfare systems.

The role will provide insights related to opportunities to integrate contractor test plans, development test plans and operational test plans. This position is based in Colorado Springs, CO and primarily supports customers in Colorado Springs and Los Angeles, CA. This position is on-site and not compatible with teleworking. What You’ll Be Doing Work collaboratively as a technical advisor to Integrated Test Teams, in developing test designs and test plans, with follow on support

to executing the plans and supporting post test analysis Providing experience-based support to developing, implementing and analyzing results from rigorous integrated development test and operational test Performing operational analysis of warfighting operational requirements and concepts of operation to build Measures of Effectiveness, Suitability and Performance Guiding a team of SMEs providing analytic support to defining critical test conditions based on modeling, simulation and analysis needs and validation, verification and accreditation requirements.

What You Need to be Successful for a Project Engineer Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field 8 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience with Electronic Warfare, Directed Energy, RF Spectrum Analysis or related technology, development and/or operations Experience with acquisition of USAF or USSF RF/DE Systems Experience working in teams to accomplish a systems engineering result Strong verbal and written communication skills This positions requires a current SSBI and possess (or be immediately eligible for) a Top Secret SCI clearance and a SAP/SAR clearance, which is issued by the US government.

US citizenship is required for a security clearance Ability to travel domestically In addition to the above, Senior Project Engineer requires the following: 12 or more years of relevant technical experience in Electronic Warfare and acquisition, analysis, operations and/or program management. Proven ability to work within integrated Government, FFRDC, and SETA teams. Demonstrated strong technical leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills. High level of creativity, initiative systems thinking, and innovation. How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive to have two or more of the following: BS in Electrical Engineering and/or advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, science, computer science, or other technical discipline Experience with backssment and/or performance analysis experience, definition of test requirements/objectives Experience planning and/or executing live, virtual or constructive test Experience with space operations or related military discipline Experience working large, complex issues and the ability to break down problems into meaningful steps to accomplish with a team Familiarity with Air Force/National Security Space enterprise architecture Current applicable SAP/SAR accesses We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
