Job Description: As a Senior Database Developer , you will be responsible for analyzing, creating, manipulating, and organizing database systems. You will consolidate customer data to make it easily accessible and readable to users throughout their community. Work closely with the development team to update database storage architecture, troubleshoot technical issues, and create visual layouts to display data. A Senior Database Developer is responsible for developing strategic procedures and upgrades, improving database infrastructures,
and managing DB systems configuration. The Senior Database Developer must have exceptional knowledge of the technology industry and the latest trends, as well as a strong command of programming languages or system codes.
Typical Duties Include: - Handling a broad range of software and other programming tasks to ensure that their systems integrations are functional. - Defining integration strategies and methods and then planning them in accordance with established deadlines and time schedules. - Full life-cycle development including requirements analysis, architecture and design, coding, testing, integration, and performance analysis. - Data Migration from the Legacy System to modernized systems Here’s What You’ll Need: Qualifications - External Clearance Requirements: Secret Educational Requirements: BS/BA preferred; Certification Requirements: Do D 8570 IAT Level II and any Database Certification (Sec+, etc) Experience Requirements: 10 years ' progressive experience - Experience with Installing/Provisioning/Troubleshooting complex e nterprise software.
- Experience in Integration of COTS/GOTS/FOSS hardware and software into existing infrastructures. - Experience in completing documentation, drawings, and instructions for customers. - Experience in software database design, development, debug, and integration of various technologies.
- Experience in properly evaluating sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability. Desired Skills: - Proficiency in Postgres, SQL Server, My SQL, MS Access, Oracle , Java, Git, Linux, Bash, Ansible, Microservices, REST/JSON, Atlassian Suite, VMware Suite. - Knowledge of storage, networking, and cyber to include STIGs. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Significant relevant experience in supporting the sustainment of NISSC mission systems/subsystems.
- Experience with other relevant missions surrounding the NORAD-NORTHCOM , Air and Space missile, or Leg acy Space. - Experience working in scaled Agile environment frameworks such as SAFe. - Significant experience in installing, configuring, scripting, developing, testing and troubleshooting enterprise databases. This position is expected to pay $130,000-$160,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. Essential Functions Work Environment Work will be performed inside a large facility.

POSITION LOCATION: Colorado Springs, CO Primary Responsibilities What will you do in this role? Serve as Sr. System Administrator and subject matter expert on a team that includes a Project Manager, Network Operations, Cybersecurity and professional services.
Conduct site surveys of data centers to observe conditions and the existing environment (ie. cabling, power, equipment racks, etc) and make recommendations based on project requirements. Interact with customer and coordinate with support teams on systematic enhancements or changes. Conduct design planning and develop

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: •Must hold an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's and 6 years of experience or Master's and 4 years of experience in associated field; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Must have Comp TIA Security +CE certification at start date. Must have Server certification (i. e. Azure, Comp TIA Server+, Nutanix) or be able to obtain one in 30 days. Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, GPO's management, Certificate Administration, and Domain Controller Functional services.
