Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of prior management experience in a manufacturing environment is required. High School diploma or equivalent required. Prefer college degree or coursework. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Strong leadership, and project management skills. Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
