Job Summary The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing support services to the Vice President of Human Resources for the Presbyterian Night Shelter.
Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of Presbyterian Night Shelter Human Resources Department as well as providing general office support to other departments including programs, operations, development, social enterprise and administration. The Human Resources Assistant will work with the VP of HR and CEO with scheduling, attending
and recording minutes for the Board of Director and Committee meetings. The Human Resources Assistant must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
A minimum of three years administrative experience. Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Experience with the homeless population preferred. Must have valid driver license and proof of liability insurance. Rate of Pay $20.00 per hour Hours 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday (occasional meetings until 6pm) This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.
