Requirements to Apply for the Accelerator: - Strong desire to grow personally and professionally through in-person partnership & mentorship- Completed college level degree or has 3+ years of management/leadership experience - 40+ hours of availability, including Saturdays (we are flexible with scheduling for reoccurring or intermittent commitments)- Desire to genuinely care of people who are in all stages of life- Humility to work with other leaders who are pursuing similar goals and partner to achieve shared
