Responsibilities: + Show up to work timely and be ready to work +Must be willing to work weekends and 6 days a week during busy season + Repair all assigned units correctly, safely, and efficiently + Accurately document all work performed to each unit on the work order for invoicing.
+ Accurately capture all product information including serial number, model number, and other required information for the proper filing of warranty claims. + Clean repaired units prior to moving them to the outbound area for delivery. + Look up parts via computer and retrieve parts from parts shelves when needed. + Train and communicate with less-experienced Technicians +

During the course of employment, many different items may present themselves needing attention, and anyone in this role must be flexible and able to address items outside of the items listed here. Requirements Must have your own tools. High School degree or G. E. D. equivalent, plus two (2) years’ experience in an equipment repair preferred. Experience in retail/equipment repair experience and/or educational equivalent preferred. EETC and Stihl Silver Certification preferred.
Must be able to effectively navigate basic computer programs and be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, etc.
