Area Manager, Supervisors, and Leads. Job planning with the Supervisor will continue as the job progresses. Monitor orientation, training, pre-job planning, pre-task planning, near-miss accident reporting and investigating, and jobsite self-inspections. Teach specific classes within their experience and qualifications.
Support the investigation process for incidents and near-miss event, in addition to the supervisors initial investigation Stop work, which to his or her knowledge is eminently dangerous. Troubleshoots issues that arise. Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly. Assist
in escorting personnel to receive appropriate first aid evaluation and care or testing as needed. Review Task Hazard Analysis Ensure Company trainings are up to date and reported to HR for record keeping.
