Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain milling machines, lathes, drills, saws, and other tools deemed necessary for the job- Measure and mark material to be cut, shape, or polished using calipers, rulers, and other measuring instruments- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and design of the material- Set up and adjust machines according to the project, material, and specifications- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet production standards, and make necessary adjustments- Maintain equipment and workspace clean, organized, and in good condition- Follow safety

protocols and regulations at all times, report any accidents or incidents promptly- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality, efficiency, and safety of the mill Qualifications and Skills: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent, technical training in millwork is an asset- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment- Familiarity with manual and computer-controlled machinery, and hand and power tools- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics- Good math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills- Attention to detail, quality-focused, team player, and result-oriented- Physically

fit, able to stand, bend, lift, and move heavy objects- Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty, and fast-paced environment Working Conditions: - Full-time position, Monday to Friday, may require weekends and overtime depending on production demands- May require some travel to deliver or pick up materials or equipment- Exposure to dust, noise, and fumes from machines and tools- Personal protective equipment provided, including but not limited to safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and safety shoes- May be required to work independently or in a team, adapt to changes, and follow strict deadlines.
