property. Use power blower to clean exterior areas and parking lot Responsible for completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant apartments in a timely manner. Ensure keys and locks are in working order. Rekey if necessary. Ensure all bulbs, lights, plugs, and switches are in working order.
Replace and/or repair, as necessary. Arrange proper transportation and set-up of all necessary appliances, furniture, building materials, supplies, and equipment. Perform all exterior and interior repairs including painting, caulking, and drywall. Perform pressure washing as needed Assist with On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies from residents and property emergencies.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Above average written and oral communications skills. Reliable transportation. Valid Driver’s License.
Always uses good safety habits. Neat, clean appearance. One year of experience in an apartment complex preferred Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40-50 pounds. HVAC certification or CPO certification is not required.
