A Day in the Life of a Recess Coach: Organizing schedule for recess in partnership with school administration Implementing recess sessions for all K-8 students throughout the school day Overseeing a team of school staff to support recess Building relationships with school staff and students Leading recess activities with an emphasis on play and SEL, resources provided to support high-quality recess Managing transitions to and from the lunch and recess spaces Supporting school SEL needs, as needed WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE: Passion
