Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events Hire, train, and schedule catering staff Actively participate in the development of existing catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures Oversee ordering, receiving and billing functions Follow up on all catered events Ensure successful operations of catering functions including preparation, transportation, setup, and cleanup of all events Engage professionally with individuals at all levels Monitor care and operation of delivery vehicles Requirements:
