Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' high-volume dining room service experience. A warm, friendly, and engaging personality. Must have a basic knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions. Record drink orders accurately and immediately input order into the point of sales system. Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable). Oversee and supervise garnish implementation. Prepare Espresso beverages and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment. Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Clear and reset tables in bar area'work outside bar if needed. Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages and food. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas. Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager. Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. Greet guests who pass within 5ft.
