Maintains education development and compliance with State and Federal Regulations and current knowledge of resident care practices. Possesses working knowledge of facility emergency procedures including fire and disaster drills. Follows facility policies. Maintains resident confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
