Required Skills and Requisites: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Service orientation. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Must be able to multi-task. Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays. Responsibilities and Duties: Clean all restrooms in assigned area. Clean and polish all mirrors. Ensure paper products
are well stocked. Check facilities throughout the day for cleanliness and supplies.
Clean all offices in assigned areas. Clean Front Office area. Clean back of the house offices. Empty trash and recycled material into proper receptacles Vacuum floors and dust furniture. Clean elevators, including walls, polish stainless steel, clean mirrors, & mop floors. Answer guests questions according to Housekeeping and Front Office directions. Clean all miscellaneous rooms in assigned area. Ensure that Lobby/Rooms/Public areas are clean and appearance meets cleanliness standards. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
