Essential Functions: Manage and Plan caregivers, clients, clinicians, schedules that meet the needs of our clients. Distribute schedules to caregivers and clients in accordance with company policy. Will be required to be on-call to resolve last-minute scheduling issues. Prepare reports, summaries, records, and related forms and documents; and maintains files and records. Maintain all client and caregiver files to the standards
set forth in the company's policy and procedure manuals. Answers inquiries regarding policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; and distributes information.
Performs data entry, retrieval, and data searches; and compiles and tabulates data. Opens, stamps, classifies, sorts, and routes mail. Completes other assignments as requested and assigned. Will have access to personal health information (" PHI" ) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Communicate schedule changes to caregivers and clients. Process Intake or Admission managing care log submissions and following up with clients to ensure we are effectively managing expectations Minimum Education &
Experience Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent. Advanced education a plus.
Medical record experience preferred but not required. Home care experience preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Knowledge of office practices and procedures. Knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Skill to prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
