Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the licensed nurse in the delivery of resident care. You will provide medically oriented tasks to maintain health or to facilitate treatment of an illness or injury in the person's place of residence. Qualifications for the position include meeting and maintaining state requirements of a certified home health aide, experience working in a long-term care setting, and the ability to work effectively with general supervision, organize and manage your workload in a busy environment.
You must also have excellent communication skills, maintain a calm and warm working environment, and meet the physical job demands of the position. Our Home Health
Aides enjoy a flexible schedule, with shifts available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, as well as overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Our team members rotate every other weekend and every other holiday.

staff. You provide direct care and medication management for residents.
