We Need: A caring person with good verbal communication skills looking for an entry-level position to work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential Setting. The Manager's Assistant works alongside the Residential Manager and helps by providing direct care support and training to 5 - 6 individuals in Charlotte, NC.
