A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN RA / CNA / TMA As an RA, CNA, or TMA you are on the front line, interfacing between our residents and all other
staff. You provide direct care and medication management for residents.
Determined to preserve the dignity of each resident, you provide the individualized physical, mental, and dietary support that they need. When time allows, you also perform light housekeeping that does not interfere with our residents' care or rest. You are conscientious about communicating residents' health status to the other medical personnel and keeping up-to-date and accurate documentation.
