in medication administration Demonstrates an aptitude and willingness to learn new responsibilities Excellent organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work independently, make decisions, meet deadlines, multi-task and solve problems Experience with CHS computer system Will be designated to train and work in various areas of facility providing safe & therapeutic patient care Must comply with all standards of behavior Requires excellent communication skills, pleasant demeanor and positive attitude Able to work well with others in a teamwork environment Primary Responsibilities backss, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing plan considering the patient and family's
individual, cultural, ethnic, and religious values and beliefs Evaluate nursing care on an ongoing basis and revising the plan of care as appropriate Utilize the nursing process as a basis for providing and evaluating nursing care applying knowledge of growth and development, pathophysiology, spiritual and cultural needs and family dynamics in delivery of nursing and inter-professional care Deliver care in a non-judgmental and nondiscriminatory manner that is sensitive to and values diversity Provide patient education for diagnostic procedures, medical conditions and treatment plans Provide nursing care utilizing defined competencies and skills to areas assigned.
