Primary Duties and Responsibilities Bar code, scan, and place boxes in a location Upload scanner into database Pull, scan, and prepare boxes for delivery Deliver to and pick up boxes from clients Total Recall administration Manage cycle counts and perform audits Responsible for problem resolution with clients Maintain equipment and supplies.

Foster a professional attitude, cooperation, and team effort Maintain a safe, secure work environment at all times Keep the dock area clean and organized at all times. Other duties as assigned by the Records Supervisor Substantial Department Goals 100% accuracy of all boxes stored Meet clients pick up and delivery requirements 100%

of the time Accurately invoice all stored boxes and services each month Protect the confidentiality of all client records Obstacles Space constraints Equipment availability, specifically order pickers Software learning curve Secure space Action Total Recall training Records process training Order picker training Driver's training Route training and customer introductions Results Complete Total Recall and process training Complete order picker and driver training Complete route training and customer introductions Complete End of Month closing training Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid North Carolina (or other state-issued) driver's license is required.
