facilitate team meetings. evaluate job performance and recommend appropriate action. initiate and conduct personnel actions, including progressive discipline. achieve administrative tasks. BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, required. EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field); or significant, closely related work experience required in lieu of degree. REQUIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated ability to lead a team through training, coaching, mentoring and counseling Strong safety orientation Demonstrated strategic, analytical problem-solving ability (TCC/Trouble Cause Correction) Demonstrated timely, effective decision-making skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills, adept at motivation and experienced at conflict resolution Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other discipline) Demonstrated communication skills, effective at all levels of the organization Proficient computer skills, experienced with Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to work independently and within teams Demonstrated ability to coordinate across department and functions Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, without accommodation Schedule Information: Our Production Supervisor schedule consists of 12-hour day shift or 12-hour night shift.
This schedule includes every other weekend off. However, our supervisors will occasionally work an alternate schedule, including an opposite weekend. Nearest Major Market: Decatur

Requirements: Must be at least 18 yrs old Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver s License Car Insurance Pay: Pay is based on a per route completed basis. Our routes generally pay $80.00 to $120.00.
