with our fries. Job Description Summary Monitors and maintains the cutting equipment by performing the following duties. Job Description Individuals in this position must: Participate in all plant safety programs.

Actively engaged in safety, participating in safety programs, engaged in safety activities, perform risk backssments and demonstrating ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members. Know basic operation of cutter deck equipment and the ability to start, stop, and clear stoppages for the CCLs, Lamb Guns, & Welliver Sizer. Know and follow lock out/tag out procedures for assigned work area. Maintain floors, catwalks, handrails and other

walkways in a clean and safe manner. Could include shoveling potatoes.

Perform sanitation activities. Follow good housekeeping practices and GMPs. Wear required PPE. Report all incidents, near misses, and any safety concerns. Inspect and remove foreign material. Follow up with proper notification to Blade Sharpener.
