including attending to flooded areas. Help to with any of event happened during your shift or any tasks the building may need help with. Assist Supervisor with set up events Snow Removal (IF YOU HELP WILL BE NEEDED IN EVENT OF STORM)ONCALL Snow Removal Team Members use a variety of snow removal equipment to remove snow from sidewalks, parking ramp.
In addition, Snow Removal you need to make sure wash equipment, after used and complete other tasks assign Able to operate a 2-way radio system and communicate with many different levels of people including Security team and Harvard Management. Management, and various vendors which may need assistan Cleaning of restrooms Cleaning offices, Trashing,
Vacuuming, dusting and other. Good attendance The individual should be well groomed and always have a professional demeanor.
Available to work with other team members. Grooming and personal cleanliness. Valid state issued driver's license Experience using a walk-behind snow thrower. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines Must be willing to work assigned hours Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb and reach Must be able to lift, 50lbs-75 lbs move fast pace Must be able to use wet mop and other janitorial equipment Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area (Specially During Winter) Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling Ability to do heavy manual labor which includes shoveling, lifting, and carrying for extended periods of time.
Ability to l carry, and position 75 lbs-100 lbs.
