This Housekeeper/Groundskeeper position earns a competitive wage! Essential Functions of Housekeeper/Groundskeeper: Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc daily. Conducts general cleaning of walls,
windows, tables, etc. throughout the building daily. Cleans laundry room(s), community room(s), conference room(s) and management offices daily. Vacuums hallways; sweeps and cleans parking lot daily.
Cleans community bathrooms daily and more often if necessary to maintain sanitary conditions. Cleans stairways and elevators on a regularly scheduled basis. Cleans vacant units, including stoves, refrigerators, bathrooms, floors, windows as needed. Reports all maintenance repairs needed to supervisor. Waters plants daily (seasonally where applicable). Picks up trash from grounds daily. Uses hose to clean front entry walks on a regularly scheduled basis. Changes all light bulbs in hallways
and common areas as needed. Maintains all custodial equipment and supplies.
Completes minor work orders for residents as assigned. Assists with other maintenance requests as requested or assigned, this may include HVAC filer changes, moving and installing furniture and equipment, removing snow from sidewalks and other maintenance duties. Maintains a courteous and helpful attitude with residents. Regular and consistent attendance is required. Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent required or demonstrated ability to read labels, instructions and property mix chemicals used in cleaning process. 1 year of general work experience, custodial experience preferred.

$18 / hour ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned: Empty and clean all waste container. Remove waste paper and garbage from the premises to selected area; damp wipe containers. Empty and clean all ash trays, monitor all sand urns supply and restore sand as required.
Dust all image frames, charts, graphs and wall hangings Damp dust all ceiling and air condition diffusers, partition grilles, register and other ventilating louvers Vacuum all mats and carpeted areas in workplace, lobbies, and corridors.
Hand dust and clean all office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills and all other flat surfaces Wipe clean and buff all mental hardware fixtures and added bright work Appropriately clean and police tile floor services as required. Damp wipe and buff all glass furnishings Clean entry door glass indoors and outer surface Remove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, and around light switches, private entry glass and
dividers Wash, clean and sterilize all water coolers Sweep private stairways, and vacuum if carpeted Clean building floors, by sweeping and mopping Clean and sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
