Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to: Manage a team of Field Maintenance Technicians by assigning work orders Rebrand internal and external relationship with managers and HOA board members Stay above the noise - win friends and influence people w/o getting distracted Determine internal and external revenue goals Drive the team to exceed revenue goals Lead projects assigned by HOA boards Execute pricing and presentations for manager and our board liaison Maintain
and improve upon field work preformed by technicians and subcontractors Requirements/Skills 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance with a front facing customer service role required Management experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft office Able to problem solve and work independently Valid Drivers License required for driving around the Denver area (Company vehicle or monthly car allowance provided) Benefits: We offer competitive pay with a commission and incentive bonus, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, holidays.
