Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures. Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement. Cleans assigned areas with the use
of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task. Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor. Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines. Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Summary: The Machine Maintenance Mechanic will oversee the performance and maintenance of FMIs production machinery. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines. Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance. Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts. Orders and installs replacement parts for machines. Identifies the cause of unexpected breakdown of machine. Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently. Prepares reports documenting work performed. Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies. Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines. Collaborates with product
manager or plant engineer regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required.
Makes necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with maintaining the following but not limited to: Cincinnati 5 axis multiple spindle Gantry Mills OKK, SNK, Grobe, Okuma, 5 axis machines Electrical trouble shooting, able to read schematics and manuals of above machines. Expert with Siemens and Fanuc controls others a plus Geometry check, Ball bar, PM of machines, along with making knowledge to adjust as needed.
Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. Works well independently and with others. Good communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
