maintenance equipment and selects the most effective and efficient suppliers. Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects for the ongoing operational needs, including technology, facilities and equipment.

Establish the level of sanitation and maintain appropriate documentation to meet or exceed the standards set by regulatory agencies. Provide engineering counsel and leadership in establishing and refining preventative maintenance programs, employee training, manpower scheduling techniques, parts room inventory, efficiency improvement programs, regulatory compliance programs etc. Direct the activity of the Maintenance Engineers and Supervisors to insure proper and timely

repairs and projects. Establish work measurement techniques and determine the effectiveness and needed improvements of the maintenance group.

Perform engineering analysis to determine the root cause of the most critical and repetitive failures. Analyze equipment history to identify specific failures and effectively address them. Administer the PM/PPM programs and inventory for all equipment. Use of the latest predictive maintenance technology for review and refinement. Support and achieves corporate goals. Avoid waste and misuse of product and materials. Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
