We are a family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, full-time, maintenance technician (handyman or handywoman) who can work independently and confidently around Seattle & the Eastside.
This position is 40 hrs. /week. Our portfolio comprises mostly of single-family homes, multi-plexes, and small apartment buildings. The following are further required: > Min. 2 years’ experience in residential property maintenance> Fully tooled with hand and small power tools. > Own a truck or van, SUV, licensed and insured. > Live in the greater Seattle area including, Eastside or S. King County. > Be proficient with repair/replacement of electrical/plumbing fixtures.
> Home office w/ desktop computer/laptop, Windows 7 or later, MS Office, Google Suites. > Smart phone and/or tablet. > Be willing to climb on (shallow pitch) roofs and clean them.
