Schedule employees according to client needs Maintains scheduling for frontline cleaners and support staff Ensure accuracy of logged employee hours for payroll Manage Labor Budgeted Hours for all jobs Stock new jobs and restock current jobs Oversee Startup/Initial Clean Team Plan and attend Partnership meetings (big 10 monthly, all others quarterly) Record and fulfill KPIs Provides superior customer service by working with management and customer contacts Attends weekly staff and leadership meetings 40 hour work week but will to work hours necessary to perform all necessary tasks Periodic reviews
of employees and aides in the advancement of employees Provide support to Branch Manager and carry out other necessary tasks Experience Requirements Three (3) years of supervisory experience within the commercial cleaning industry.
Ideally, experience in all aspects: leadership, industry, and field. Work Conditions An Area Manager may work in a company office or at customer/client facilities. They may work longer hours from time to time. Other times may be a typical 8 hours, occasionally less. They may work outdoors on occasion, possibly for trash removal or grounds work.
