Dailyresponsibilities could include running basic work orders (Basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic appliance repairs and exterior maintenance). In addition, Porter II often must respond toafter hour emergencies. Therefore, being on-call is part of the jobresponsibilities. All maintenance tools will be provided for use atthe property. Workhours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and on-call for after-hours emergencies. FULL benefit

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00per hour Depending on experience 70%of duties will be dedicated to cleaning and 30% dedicated to Light Maintenance Duties Essential Functions Include: Respond to service requests on a first in, first out, (except in the case of an emergency) and in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines.
Document to accurately describe work done, parts used, disposition and time spent. Inspect property and equipment daily to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed. Cleans all common
areas; rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, laundry centers, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.
May perform other duties as assigned. Experience/Knowledge/Abilities: Requires a minimum of one (1) year related experience (janitor, porter, custodian, etc. )Possess proficiency of the English language, including theability to understand and communicate effectively with other employees, customers and vendors who only speak English as necessary to perform essentialjob duties. On call and weekend service experienceCandidate will be required to pass a background and drugscreening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employmentwith WSH Management.
