Drives daily processes to maintain original equipment manufacturing quality and standards while helping the planned volume and production plans Forecasts staffing needs for projects and schedules as needed, equalizing workload. Provides direct feedback and career development to Mechanics. Helps prepare annual department business plan and budget. Recommends changes to systems, policies, and practices.
