Duties and Responsibilities: This position ensures that all building mechanical systems are in good working order. Performs preventative, corrective and routine work orders. Conducts timely turnovers of residential units. Inspections and General Maintenance of the facility. Ensures the grounds and buildings are well maintained. Provides excellent customer service.
