Positive and safe work environments Key Responsibilities: Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro blasting equipment. Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps. Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized Hydro
blasting and/or Chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job.
May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations. Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job. Additional duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs. Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
Valid driver license and other requirements of company's driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business. OSHA certification may be required for this job. Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers. May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC). What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? High School diploma or equivalent. Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Service Technician: Generate service requests to ensure the timely completion of curb appeal-related tasks as needed. Complete service requests and provide written documentation of work performed, detail turnover units, and satisfactorily complete all turnover punch list items to ensure we are meeting zero defects 3-5 day turn standard. Assistance with installations
and basic property maintenance upkeep. Qualifications of the Maintenance Service Technician: Three years of general maintenance experience (Preferred) Two years minimum experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred with customer service (Preferred) Knowledge and basic skills in plumbing, repairing appliances, electrical, lock replacement, drywall repair, and carpentry.
Painting experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude, understanding of building materials and tools. Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment and carry out instructions. Bi-lingual strongly preferred. Computer experience. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience. (Preferred)
Driver's License (Required) Work Conditions: Although work hours may change during periods of high turnover, construction/rehab, lease-up, budget preparation, or while special projects are underway, work hours are typically 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.
The schedule may be adjusted from time to time to accommodate special projects or resident appointment requests. Call Rotation may involve emergency service requests that must be responded to after hours and/or on weekends. Daily travel between the properties is required for Service Technicians who are assigned to more than one property. Travel is also required for company training events, budget or financial review meetings, and special project events.
