Taking verbal and written instructions from maintenance supervisors and other management. Ensuring the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids and other chemicals. Ensuring that utility projects have been completed
and signed off. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Utility/Cleaner Qualifications GED or High School equivalent required. At least two years of cleaning experience and general knowledge in general maintenance or residential maintenance fields. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. General knowledge of all health and safety regulations. Utility/Cleaner Skills Ability to recognize problems and provide practical solutions. Ability to pull/lift 50 lbs. Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability and honesty.
