Perform routine building maintenance as directed, completing tasks like painting, floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc. Ensure all repairs and service orders are completed promptly, according to operating and safety standards. Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment. Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly. Ensure that the walls, floor coverings, doors, and woodwork in the common
