RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops Maintenance Procedure Use Policy: 1) Performs technical reviews of procedures;2) Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review;3) Creates and reviews job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure Management
of Change work process (MOC). Serves as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations. Delivers maintenance input into project activities and acts as maintenance representative for capital projects.
Develops turnaround scopes and supports turnaround activities. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop work scopes and drive solutions. Delivers input to the Reliability Top Opportunity List. Provides input to Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) process. Performs regular field backssments of equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree and/or equivalent experience in Process Control, Electrical and Instrumentation
BS in Engineering discipline highly preferred. Electrical engineering degree preferred with equivalent experience in Process Control, Electrical and Instrumentation2-8 years of experience in manufacturing or related experience required
