Responsibilities Learn to operate a dual-use, continuous-batch asphalt plant Complete daily service requirements of the asphalt plant for preventative maintenance issues Fabricate and
repair hoppers and conveyors Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays Repair conveyor systems, i. e. bearing replacement, drive systems, change screen cloths, structural fabrication General maintenance of various pumps and electrical requirements and wear prevention of equipment Operate mobile equipment including heavy haul trucks, front-end loaders, and track dozers General labor duties such as shoveling and sweeping Education High School Diploma/GED Requirements/Qualifications Ability to work under pressure Available for overtime work, extended hours, night work, and weekend work as required for timely project completion Work with minimal
