Job Description Summary The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This maintenance mechanic will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following diagrams, reading operations manuals and troubleshooting malfunctions. There will be a $500 sign

on bonus after 60 days, as well as, another $500 sign on bonus after 180 days. Responsibilities Maintains the safe working condition of facility equipment, building, and grounds Constructs fixtures as required Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment as scheduled Repairs facility equipment, fixtures, building, and grounds Removes and/or installs fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operation Troubleshoots systems to find causes of failures and recommends solutions for repair Maintains cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of maintenance equipment, tools, and fixtures Other duties will be assigned as needed Requirements / Qualifications Forklift training and certification

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs. Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equ ipment. Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.

Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.   Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured. Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation. Operates common power and hand tools safely. Assists team members and other departments as
