(KPIs) for performance backssment and analysis Perform root cause analysis of machine downtime and conduct PM and work order audits Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, safety standards, and plant maintenance procedures Stay updated on the latest manufacturing technologies to enhance plant performance Develop and enforce maintenance and safety policies and procedures Qualifications: High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) 4 years of maintenance supervisory experience Knowledge of equipment functions, operating procedures, and maintenance techniques Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred Ability to interpret instructions, manuals, drawings, and

and repair of production equipment: + General maintenance/repair which may include, but is not limited to, thermal chambers, SMT equipment, microelectronics manufacturing equipment, microscopes, soldering irons, and environmental screening equipment. + Research and obtain quotes for equipment needs requiring outside vendor service.
+ Coordinate approval of long term agreements with outside vendors. + Communicate directly and coordinate activities with outside equipment vendors. + Respond to Facilities Log requests. + Ensure on-time completion of preventive maintenance tasks. + Respond to equipment issues during business hours. Assist with building and work space relocations. Ensure
all work is performed in a safe manner and follows equipment and site procedures, including Lockout-Tagout. Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific training requirements.
Support all corporate and site Kaizen/5S objectives. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good hands-on understanding of how manufacturing equipment functions mechanical, electrical, etc Able to troubleshoot equipment issues and complete/make recommendations for repair. Good mechanical background and ability and knowledge to use a wide range of hand and power tools. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Highly organized and able
manage multiple priorities. Physical requirements: Must be able to grasp, push, pull, reach, twist, sit, walk, bend, squat, reach or stand for long periods of time.
