sharing, paid holidays and vacations. POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical equipment and making repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshooting and repairs Machine adjustments with tools Minor fabrication of parts Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Read schematics and blueprints Preventive maintenance Product changeover Implement ideas to improve line efficiencies Quality checks REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have at least three (3) years industrial maintenance experience. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Must be very detail oriented and have strong interpersonal, communication and
team based skills. Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver are required assets.
