The company manages hotels in 20 different states. Our Home Towne properties were renovated in 2018 and we continue to improve the quality as well as the guest and employee experience. By enhancing our properties and training techniques, we have made our managed hotels a better place for our
guests to stay and a better place for our employees to work. Specific Requirements: Performs preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common areas. Manages the completion and documentation of maintenance work orders.
Completes repairs and maintenance on rooms, performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs, toilet seats etc. Maintain safety and security of the hotel and follow key and lock procedures. Maintain landscaping, parking lot, grounds, and appearance of exterior of buildings, keeping areas free of trash and debris. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Performs self-room inspections
and accepting feedback from quality inspections performed by hotel management and trained team members.
Perform all other duties as assigned. Experience: Preferably 1 year maintenance experience. Knowledge of general tools/equipment, lawnmower and landscaping tools/equipment strongly preferred. Ability to exert physical effort in operating equipment (up to 50lbs). Ability to operate independently, with minimal direction and exceptional support. Ability to work in a non-climate controlled conditions.
