The Utility Worker will work inside and outside of the assigned location sweeping, mopping, deck scrubbing, and power-washing as needed. Keeping restrooms clean and stocked, along with the removal of trash throughout the facility, and ensuring that the trash receptacles are kept clean and odor free.
Other duties will include keeping all windows, doors, and entryways clean. Additional duties may include but are not limited to resetting the dining room to accommodate groups of different sizes, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors as needed, and cleaning up spills. Utility Workers may need to assist with dishes and other cleaning and organizing tasks as business needs dictate.
Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being flexible and able to change plans on a moments notice. Neat clean appearance in this upscale relaxed venue is a must.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid TEAM, TIPs or Title 4 certificate to serve alcohol Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential Must have a H. S Diploma or equivalent Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully and pass a background check Must be able to carry fully loaded serving tray or bus tub
