Maintenance Technician will: Maintain and repair all processing equipment as required including: troubleshoot and repair reducers and gear boxes, pumps, motors, and mechanical seals troubleshoot and repair PLC instrumentation including DP cells, flow meters, various gauges and valves conduct all preventative and general maintenance on equipment according to schedule repair/replace piping, valves, heat exchangers, support structures as needed Maintain necessary inventory of tools, motors, pumps, and all necessary maintenance supplies per our critical supply reorder points Ensure all support equipment including steam boiler, hot oil boiler, cooling towers and air compressors are maintained and
operating at acceptable levels Maintain and upkeep to building and facility grounds Adhere to all standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all safety and quality processes Complete all required daily paperwork including documenting PM and repair activity Coordinate with Plant Manager on system upgrades and plant improvements/expansion Other duties as assigned The employee will enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 7am to 3 pm.
It may vary from time-to-time for business needs. To be a successful candidate, you must have: professional level skills including MIG and TIG welding, machining, and mechanical millwright the ability to service/overhaul/install pumps, seals,
motors, and valve assemblies familiarity with instrumentation repairs including DP cells and flow meters PLC coding and programming experience preferred but not required the ability to read equipment manuals to determine PM schedules and repairs comfortability working at heights the ability to lift 50 lbs.
