Hire Job Summary: The role involves fabricating and assembling stainless steel structural metal products for the food industry, following mechanical drawings and instructions to ensure high-quality production of machinery components. Job Duties: Execute assigned tasks from Maintenance Supervisors or Managers Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/R systems Assist in major equipment overhauls and participate in building maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Adherence to FDA regulations, GMPs, OSHA standards, HACCP, and sanitary
procedures Be flexible with working hours, including overtime as needed Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing repair Experience in maintenance roles, preferably within an automated food processing plant Knowledge of equipment setup, operating procedures, and preventive maintenance techniques Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) preferred Additional skills in refrigeration, plumbing, industrial electrical and mechanical systems, and automated food manufacturing processes advantageous Ability to interpret work orders, manuals, and blueprints Proficiency in using Excel or other
