Job Summary This individual provides leadership and direction for a group of technical and building staff at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Their focus is to provide hands-on instruction to team members, always ensuring that they are demonstrating best
practices. Key Responsibilities: Manages, directs, and schedules work activities of skilled and semi-skilled trade craftsmen Coordinates with fellow supervisors and leaders on projects and special events in a teamwork- driven environment Assists craftsmen on solutions to difficult problems Gives on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments Responds to emergency problems in the facility Maintains logs, performs rounds, and schedules staff on maintenance work orders and inspections Performs other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Three years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, building or other skilled trade supervision Ability to
use tools, machines, equipment and materials of the mechanical, electrical and/or building trades Must have a valid driver’s license Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Excellent communication with senior client internal staff Experience managing employees Must be flexible with schedule and have open availabilit Bilingual preferred (Arabic-EN) Previous hospitality experience preferred Apply to Flik today!
