maintains inventory to ensure product available by staff Provides maintenance and/or support of office equipment, engaging vendors as appropriate Performs property/asset management duties as required Performs shipping, receiving and distribution of packages, mail and other items shipped to and/or from the office Responsible for front desk operations management – answers, transfers, and screens incoming calls, and receives visitors to the office Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to a height of 60 inches and/or roll a cart with a loaded weight not to exceed 200 pounds required Information Technology Performs “Level 1” IT help desk support, to include computer moves/adds, printer/copier support and
maintenance, and provide a basic level of technical assistance to staff Security Ensures compliance with security protocols for visitors by having them sign in and receive the appropriate visitor’s badge, and ensure that visitors are escorted by the appropriate ASRC Federal staff member Works closely with the site FSO and ISSM to insure all applicable physical security requirements are met, maintained, and documented Requirements: Must be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a government SECRET-level clearance.
Must have a HS diploma or equivalent 5 to 7 + years of related experience.
