and/or Director of Engineering and Facilities Primary Duties and Responsibilities, including mental requirements of position: 1. Clean and service restrooms. 2. Clean glass, empty all trash containers and pick up trash on floor in assigned locations. 3. Vacuum lobby, science center, theater, lecture hall, and staff offices.
4. Clean and sweep north and south entrances. 5. Sweep, mop, and buff all hard surface floors. 6. Use carpet extractor. 7. Wipe door glass and check for gum in all areas. 8. Responsible to be knowledgeable of safety and emergency plan manual procedures. 9. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE

Tools and equipment used to perform this position: Broom, vacuum, janitorial supply cart, buffer, cleaning supplies, including but not limited to, bleach, window cleaner, towels. Supervision, direction, or guidance provided for this position: Position performs routine duties without direct supervision. Supervision required to set priorities, train on new responsibilities, and monitor work. Physical Requirements
of this Position: Medium Work: Position involves ability to frequently or constantly exert up to 20 pounds of force and occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to move objects.
Business Location Presence: This position requires physical presence at the business location during all assigned working hours in order to adequately perform all duties.
